Women tend to be more prone to these types of headaches during their periods, menopause or pregnancy, and all of that as a result of the hormonal changes that their bodies are going through

  •  Cluster Headaches

These headaches on the other hand are intense and cause a burning sensation behind or around one eye, which can be constant or throbbing. They are a severe health issue, but fortunately, the least common of all types.

However, before you reach for over-the-counter commercial pain relievers, make sure you try some of the foods below, which are guaranteed to help relieve the pain.

  1. Water

All of our bodily functions depend on water, meaning that it is essential for our overall health. To prevent organ damage, you need to drink at least 2 liters of water on a daily basis, and as soon as you experience the initial signs of a headache caused by dehydration in the body, drink water.

  1. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is loaded with cinnamon alcohol, cinnamaldehyde, and cinnamon acetate, all of which provide powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties which help in the case of headaches. Take 5 cinnamon sticks, grind them and place them in water, before applying the paste on the forehead.
